Return Policy
We want you to love your DuraBilt gear. If you don't, you can return orders from durabiltoutdoors.com within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
- DuraBilt pays return shipping. We email you a prepaid return label.
- Gently used items are accepted within the 60 days.
- Return items with all parts and accessories (for example, the chair carry bag).
- Returns are available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
- Amazon and TikTok Shop purchases follow those platforms' return policies.
How to Start a Return
Send an email to CustomerService@DuraBiltOutdoors.com with your order number and reason for returning.
We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and packing instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar). Drop it off at any UPS or USPS location.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different color or product? Start a return for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Warranty
DuraBilt products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, plus a 5-year DuraBilt Replacement Promise if a product fails or stops working as intended during normal use. Both run from the date of purchase and run alongside this return policy.
Registration is optional. Your coverage does not depend on it.
