Warranty Terms

Warranty provided by: MOHunting LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as DuraBilt Outdoors ("DuraBilt"), 900 North Highway 67, Saint Louis, Missouri 63031.

Who and what is covered

These terms cover DuraBilt products bought new from durabiltoutdoors.com, or sold by DuraBilt Outdoors (MOHunting LLC) on Amazon.com or TikTok Shop, and delivered to an address in the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia). Products bought from other sellers, bought used, or delivered outside the contiguous United States are not covered.

Proof of purchase (your order number) is required for any claim. Registering your product is optional; coverage does not depend on registration.

1-Year Limited Warranty

DuraBilt warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty appears during the warranty period, DuraBilt will, at its option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or refund the purchase price.

Who can claim: the original purchaser, or a person who received the product as a gift from the original purchaser, using the original purchaser's order information.

Shipping: for warranty claims, DuraBilt provides a prepaid return label for the defective product and pays to ship the repaired or replacement product to you.

Exclusions: this limited warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, alteration, improper care or storage, commercial or rental use, or normal wear and tear (including fading, scratches, and foam compression over time).

DuraBilt Replacement Promise (5 years)

Separately from the limited warranty above: if a DuraBilt product fails or stops working as intended during normal use within five years from the date of purchase, contact us and we will replace it with the same or a comparable product. The Replacement Promise provides replacements only, not refunds; for refunds, see "Returns within 60 days" below. The following conditions apply:

  • Original purchaser only. The Replacement Promise is not transferable, including to gift recipients or later owners.
  • Return the original. You ship the original product back to DuraBilt at your own cost. DuraBilt pays to ship the replacement to you after we receive the original.
  • One replacement per purchase. A product received as a replacement under this Promise is not itself eligible for another replacement under this Promise.
  • Same exclusions as the warranty. The Replacement Promise does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, alteration, improper care or storage, commercial or rental use, or normal wear and tear (including fading, scratches, and foam compression over time).
  • Fraud and abuse. DuraBilt may decline claims that show signs of fraud or a pattern of abuse.

Returns within 60 days

Orders placed on durabiltoutdoors.com can also be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund under our Refund Policy. Purchases made on Amazon or TikTok Shop follow those platforms' return policies. The warranty and Replacement Promise run alongside the Refund Policy and do not replace it.

How to make a claim (either program)

Email CustomerService@DuraBiltOutdoors.com with: order number, product, description of the issue, and photos where relevant. If you received the product as a gift, include the original purchaser's order number. We will reply with next steps: a prepaid return label for warranty claims, or return instructions for Replacement Promise claims.

Limitations

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

DURABILT IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (for example, spoiled food or beverages, or lost travel or trip costs). Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
