We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. All prices are listed in USD. We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, or error-free.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the contiguous United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Warranty

All DuraBilt products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Limitation of Liability

DuraBilt Outdoors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
