Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Florissant, MO facility. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 have a flat $7.99 shipping rate.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, your order may have already entered fulfillment. Email us at CustomerService@DuraBiltOutdoors.com immediately and we'll do our best to help.
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding international shipping — sign up for our email list to be notified when it's available.

Orders from durabiltoutdoors.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label. DuraBilt pays return shipping, and gently used items are accepted. Amazon and TikTok Shop purchases follow those platforms' return policies. See our Refund Policy.
DuraBilt products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, plus a 5-year DuraBilt Replacement Promise if a product fails or stops working as intended during normal use.
